At NFIT Faith, each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because our products are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Eligibility for Replacement/Refund

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos showing the issue (damage, defect, or misprint)

What We Cover

✅ Damaged items
✅ Misprints
✅ Wrong item received

What We Do Not Cover

❌ Wrong size ordered
❌ Color variation (screen vs. real-life)
❌ Buyer’s remorse

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
